Our Menu

Bakery items are baked to order. Orders are confirmed after payment is received, and at least 72 hours’ notice is required before the requested pickup or delivery time. If an unexpected event prevents me from completing an order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.

Delivery is available within the Fairbanks area for a $10 fee and is free for orders of $60 or more. Free workplace delivery is available to ESI Fairbanks, Wedgewood Resort, the Main Office on Queens Way, and Sophie Station Suites; please include your workplace and department with the order. All other orders may be picked up from my home in downtown Fairbanks. The exact pickup address and timing will be provided after your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. All bakery items are prepared in a kitchen that handles these ingredients, so I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Please review each product’s ingredient list and contact me before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern.
