Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please place orders 72 hours in advance. Artisan reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. Sometimes, things are out of our control.

We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.

All fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price. Delivery is only offered within the city of Fairbanks with a minimum delivery fee of $10.00. Delivery fee will be waived on orders of $60.00 or more. FDI employees can choose to have their items delivered for free to their location of employment (Wedgewood Resort, Sophie Station, ESI, and FDI), just make sure you list which department you are in. There is no fee for picking up your order your order downtown Fairbanks (specific details and address will be given at the time of the final quote). Both pickup times and delivery times vary but will generally be Mon - Fri 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Sat - Sun 8:00am to 8:00pm.

We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

The product may come into contact with my shop-wide allergens, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.
